We had the fear that maybe, due to the distance, a lot of information would get lost in the communication. We also felt that the factor of unknown quality was a hindrance.

The direct, personal contact with both management and the developers, whom we could screen ourselves, gave us the confidence that we were able to keep control. We decided to give it a go because it wasn’t a problem at all to come over and discuss the start-up of the project and to start working from there.

We have integrated the three developers we work with into our team. They didn’t get any special or separate tasks, but did the same things as our internal developers.
This gave them a sense of ownership and ensured that they got familiar with our systems quickly.

Start up speed. Finding people internally can be a lengthy and expensive process. In the blink of an eye we found the right people with you and we could start.
Communication. We had a very clear and direct way of communicating with everyone on all levels, which increased the efficiency.
Price. In a start up environment price is a crucial factor. Expanding your team in a flexible way is much more expensive with local companies.

Definitely. Especially to those who have a shortage of development and don’t look forward to long and expensive procedures of finding people locally.

Most of all we would like to thank Michal, Lukasz and Can. We are a fast changing company and for developers who aren’t part of every conversation, things can be a bit unclear at times. Despite this, they were handling changes professionally and were always motivated.
